Lou's responsibilities with Schulte Hospitality Group include Construction Management, HR, Payroll, Audit, IT, Contracts and Risk Management. He comes to the team with 35 years of operational experience managing large organizations with strong customer service emphasis both in the US and Europe. Previous employers include AT&T, Eastman Kodak and Telecommunications Incorporated. His most recent position was Chief Operating Officer for Alta Colleges for past 15 years.

Lou has a strong business acumen and thrives on process re-engineering and automation enabling operations to run efficient. Enjoys working hard and having fun all at the same time. He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from National Technology University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo. Lou's hobbies include woodworking, hiking, skiing and spending time with family. He now resides in Louisville with his wife of 35 years and has three children and three grandchildren.
