Andrea Barth
Senior Vice President of Hotel Accounting
Andrea Barth joined Schulte as a Regional Controller, in the corporate office. Since joining Schulte as a Controller, Andrea has held the positions of Director of Special Projects, Vice President of Hotel Support Services, Vice President of Hotel Accounting, and now Senior Vice President of Hotel Accounting. Prior to joining Schulte, Andrea spent 2 years in the banking industry as a Vice President and Senior Operations Officer of a community bank in northeast Iowa. Before taking 2 years off from hospitality, Andrea spent 13 years at Lane Hospitality (now Spire Hospitality) in Northbrook, IL, in various roles.
Those roles included Accounting Supervisor, Financial Analyst, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Andrea was involved with the day-to-day Accounting for both the management company and the hotels, many hotel acquisition evaluations, countless hotel budgets and forecasts and a myriad of financial analysis projects, as well as overseeing the IT function for Lane Hospitality. In her spare time, Andrea spends time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
